Fairy-type had been announced in Nintendo Direct today... But in fact, this news had been going around the world about... I would say 2 weeks ago? When Pokemon Smash! suspected about Sylveon's type and did a little screen play.
Anyway, the 18th type is confirmed to be super effective against Dragon-type, and also, according to Pokemon Smash!, it's also weak against Poison and strong against Ice. And with all the type changes to previous generation Pokemon, that means Amber (Azumarill) is going to be Fairy-type, too! I guess it's time Dragon-type has more weakness.
